Weekly Yoga at Experience CoWorking

Join us in our sunny lounge space for complimentary Weekly Yoga Classes for Experience CoWorking members instructed by member Catherine Saar.
Catherine Saar has been practicing a variety of styles of yoga for over 20 years. She is RYT-200 certified in Hatha and Vinyasa flow. Catherine welcomes all level yogis to their mats and hopes that as she has, they may find more strength, flexibility, resilience and equanimity as a result of their practice – on and off the mat.
Public drop-ins welcome with $10 class fee.
